Oriental Sprouted Pea Salad
1 cup sprouted peas
½ cup sprouted sunflower or pumpkin seeds
½ cup carrots, finely shredded
½ cup arugula cut in small pieces
½ cup red pepper, diced
½ cup water chestnuts, diced (optional)
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted or raw)
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, finely grated
2 Tbsp. organic Tamari soy sauce
2 Tbsp. roasted sesame oil
Juice of one lime
In medium bowl, combine peas, sunflower seeds, carrots, arugula,
red pepper, water chestnuts, and cilantro. In small bowl, whisk together
sesame seeds, ginger, tamari, sesame oil and lime juice. Pour over
salad ingredients and toss. Serves 4
Pea sprouts – Pea sprouts contain much calcium, carotene,
vitamin B and C. Vitamin B is essential in smooth skin
complexion and suppressing excess sebum secretion.
Juice pressed from fresh pea sprout is used by women

Welcome to the world of Hydroponics!
This form of container gardening uses no soil or potting mix. The plants are fed Liquid Organic Nutrients placed in a bucket of water. The plant sits in a net pot (container with holes) that sits on top of the 5 gallon bucket. A pump feeds air through a tube and air stone into the water to give oxygen to the roots of the plant that grow through the net pot into the water. The results are totally amazing!
You can grow large fruiting plants in this system using one plant per bucket. The Bubbler Bucket kit will support plants that mature to a large size such as a tomato, pepper, cucumber, squash, broccoli, eggplant or okra, but are not limited to that list of plants. The kits can consist of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 or even 16 buckets. The kit contains one pump to run all
buckets at the same time. The growth time will be less, the leaves and fruit will be larger, there will be more fruit and the system is simple to use. You will add nutrients once every two weeks until the plant starts to bloom and fruit. The liquid plant food can then be added once a week and then every 3 or 4 days as the fruit is ripening! Several types of support systems can be used to support the plant to maturity. Buckets can be easily moved if needed.
